Eddie has taken the position of coaching the cross country runners at the middle and high school in Cherokee. (He was "ALL CONFERENCE" himself, in high school!) Good luck to all of them!

Eddie auditioned for,
and got a part in a new PBS film about the Cherokee in the
1700's. He will play one of the Cherokee leaders who meet at Lake
Timberlake, then later go to England to meet the King. Eddie will
travel to Williamsburg VA to begin filming on or around March 5th.
Eddie has been asked to be the Assistant Director of the Outdoor Drama
UNTO THESE HILLS for the 2007 season. The play will run from June 8th until August 18th, every night except Sundays.

Both Eddie and Regina are appearing in the wonderful outdoor Drama UNTO THESE HILLS in Cherokee this season. The play has been completely redone to depict a more accurate story and will include traditional dances choreographed with Eddie's help. The play runs nightly all summer long, except Sundays, from June 8th until August 19th. |

Ark. to do voice over work for the "Lifeword" minisitries radio spots. As
soon as he's finished with that, he'll be back in OK, to
shoot more scenes as Chief John Ross, in the "Trail Of Tears"
documentary. |

recently played the role of John Ross, one of the early Cherokee
Chiefs, during the time of the forced removal. This is a documentary is
being made by The History Channel. |

Sept. 25 2004

In Washington
DC, Eddie appeared with
Keith Secola and his Wild Band Of Indians, during the Grand Opening
celebration for the Smithsonian's AMERICAN INDIAN MUSEUM. (See
Pictures from the event on the right.)
Eddie had the crowd
of several thousand on their feet, cheering and applauding with his
outstanding performance. Wes Studi emceed the evening's
celebration, and the gifted Star Nayea was among the other performers.

He was in Washington
D.C. again
for a performance for the Secret Service and other Federal services, in
celebration of Native American Month. He worked with Rodney Grant
("Wind in his Hair" in Dances With Wolves) and Flute player Tree Cody.
